Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or create derivative works based on the Tool or any part thereof, unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.

No Warranty: The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Tool or its results. Your use of the Tool is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Tool, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Tool at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

Termination by User: You may stop using the Tool at any time by discontinuing its use and deleting your account, if applicable.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting of the updated Terms on the Company's website or within the Tool. Your continued use of the Tool after the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of WY, USA. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of WY, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Tool and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the Tool.

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
